 Bernice Maria Paolozzi vince il prestigioso International Stevie Awards
She inherits her innovative entrepreneurial spirit from her father Ezio, who immigrated to Ireland from the village of Montattico in the Casalattico commune of the Frosinone province. Ezio was just 18 when he decided to accompany a friend’s father on a trip to Dublin in 1960. What was meant to be just a few weeks, quickly developed into a few months and then married an Irish girl and settled in Dublin.
A true pioneer for his time, with no English and a maverick outlook. He soon became the owner of the Lido café in Clontarf, which he developed to a hugely popular restaurant business.
This essence is inherent in Bernice’s focus, vision and determination.
What sets Bernice apart from other leaders is her unique ability for very clearly identifying the strategic solutions to many developmental challenges individual enterprises often fail to recognize.
Bernice’s initiatives to increase trade between East and West recently earned her the title of Best Entrepreneur in Europe, Middle East & Africa with the International Stevie Awards for Women in Business. With a background in Montessori teaching, she integrates her psychological training, experience in finance and management accounts and studies in human resource management, together with ten years extensive corporate cultural experience of Eastern and Western enterprise, to develop a new and dynamic approach to business development and trade and tourism relations.
